日日都係咁忙
久違了的低潮自閉感今日終於浮現了

就響那個星期五晚開始就病左 // 我對自己好像有點過分

樣樣都兩頭唔到岸

我想好簡單咁今天只做一件事
但每日我可以估估下咁去做每一件事
好感覺好浮
好唔實
同埋發覺我真係唔太用腦
呢樣野亦令我只懂去避而唔識接受
